The Echo Global computer(s), that the scanners are connected to and on which the software is loaded facilitating the conversion process, is locked down with state of the art Windows security.
As the documents are scanned, the operators visually QC the images to assure there are no double feeds or skewed documents
Once the document is completely scanned, it is visually confirmed and checked back into the file room.
